BCG Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program 2024

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is now accepting applications for its prestigious Growing Future Leaders Internship Program 2024. This 10-week immersive summer internship is designed to empower and develop talented students from underrepresented groups, including Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native individuals.

Through this program, BCG is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders in consulting and the global business community, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for growth and success.

The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program provides a highly select group of sophomores (second year) students the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of their U.S. or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG case team.

Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a scholarship & offer to return as a Summer Associate following their junior (third year).

Eligibility

Open to:

• Current sophomore (second year) student at U.S. or Canadian university, who expects to graduate between December 2026 and August 2027;
• Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native;
• Outstanding academic achievement;
• Passionate problem solver and analytical thinker;
• Strong leadership skills and team player;
• Excellent communication skills.
